Campaign
Recently, volunteers of Nizhal participated in ‘Youth Health Mela’ at Valluvarkottam and at a science exhibition organised at Gem School. In both the events, it took the cause of environment conservation as an essential for healthy life. Many school and college students were oriented about the importance of restoring bio-diversity in urban areas and prevention of tree from felling.
Student volunteers took out a campaign ‘Free The Tree’ from Anna Salai to Anna University. The campaign focused on boring nails into tree trunks for advertisement boards.
